2008 COMMERCIAL EXHIBITOR RULES AND GENERAL INFORMATION

1.              You must carry Liability Insurance in the minimum amount of $1.000,000.00.   The Fair
Association has a liability policy for the commercial buildings. Our policy DOES NOT
COVER you. You must continue to carry your own liability insurance.

2.              Display set up times is as follows: Saturday, July 5th from noon to 5:00 p.m. or Sunday, July 6th
from 1.00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.  You will not be allowed to set up your exhibit on Saturday morning
because that is our LIVESTOCK CHECK-IN. You will not be allowed to set up prior to
Saturday because of the Queen Contest.

3.   The commercial exhibit building will be open Sunday, July 6th thru Saturday, July 12th   Booths

must be manned daily from 5:00 p.m. to ] 0:00 p.m. by you or a member of your organization.

4.     Display cannot be removed prior to 10:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 12th.

5.           No food or drinks to be given away or sold within display.

6.           Any contests or give a ways MUST be submitted and approved in writing by the Commercial

Exhibit Committee. Please include this information on your application in the special request section.

7.   Keep your area clean and free of all trash. Trash is to be placed in receptacles provided by the

Fairboard.

8.           No alcohol is permitted on the grounds at any time.

9.           No smoking in buildings.

10.  Fair board will not be responsible for loss or damage to display, but will provide security to try
to prevent same.

11.     Booth cancellation must be presented in writing to the Commercial Exhibit Committee.
Refunds are at discretion of the committee.

12.     Any and all deviations from the above rules MUST be submitted and approved in writing by the
 Commercial Exhibit Committee. Please include this information with your application.

13.     Failure to abide by these rules may result in cancellation of your contract.

14.     Each booth will receive two free parking passes and additional passes may be purchased from
the committee at $20.00 each. If you are on the grounds before 4:00 p.m., no pass is required. -
Your passes will be given to you when you check-in to set up your booth.

15.     Commercial exhibitors will be allowed into the Expo building at 4:45 p.m. each evening. You
will receive more details at set-up time.
